Northside Tower is a nine-story office building located at 6065 Roswell Road in downtown Sandy Springs, Georgia, north of Atlanta. The building offers 121,520 square feet (11,290 m 2 ) office space, as well as street-level commercial vendors, including restaurants. The construction of the building was completed in 1971, and the architectural design was in the early early seventies. The building is technically considered part of the Central Perimeter Center office. The importance of the Northside Tower comes from a destination that has served as an unofficial landmark for the Sandy Springs center, even before the city's merger in 2005.
