Ocean Breeze , formerly Ocean Breeze Park , is a town on the Indian River in Martin County, Florida, USA. Ocean breezes and warm ocean breezes in Palm Beach County are just two cities in Florida where all the residents live in a mobile home park with the city's name. Ocean Breeze Trailer Park was founded in 1938 in Stuart, Florida by Harry Hoke.
The Ocean Breeze Park government was formed in 1960 when 142 property owners at Ocean Breeze Trailer Park opted to join. Harry Hoke was elected as the city's first mayor. Gene Hoke, Jerry Hoke, Jack McNab, Leo Williams, John Corliss, and Luther Weeks were elected to the Council of Aldermen. Alice Hoke was named the town clerk, Dick Hoke named Marshall first, and Evans Crary, Sr., who guided the city through established legal procedures, was appointed as city prosecutor. At the time of its incorporation, the 65-hectare park was called the largest privately owned trailer park in the United States. In 2013, the city has dropped the 'Park' and is only known as Ocean Breeze.
Dorothy Geeben, was the mayor from 2001 to 2011. When she was re-elected in 2004 at the age of 96, the national media called her the oldest mayor in the country. Mayor Geeben died on January 11, 2010 at the tender age of 101 from his 102nd birthday.

The city consists of three parts:
- 1. A great RV resort called "Ocean Breeze RV Resort" (Sun Community), where all the inhabitants of the city live. Located east of the FEC track, a block or so south of Jensen Beach Boulevard and west of the Indian River. The resort consists of two main areas:
- A.Large beach area located east of Indian Drive River;
- B. The main area is west of Indian River Drive;
- 2. A large shopping mall called Ocean Breeze Plaza, moored by the Publix super market and located on the southern side of Jensen Beach Boulevard west of the FEC line; and
- 3. A large undeveloped area in the high sugar dunes located west of the FEC line and south of the shopping center.
