Royal Holiday Club (or Royal Vacation ) is a vacation club membership operator and resort developer based in Mexico that offers point-based vacation ownership.
Founded in 2000, the company opened its original sales offices in Cancun and Cozumel in 1985, followed by a later expansion to include resorts in North America, South America, Africa, Europe and Asia. In 2010, Royal Holiday employs around 3,500 people and maintains a membership base of about 85,000 members.

In 2010, the company maintained an agreement with 180 hotel properties. These hotels are located in Mexico, the United States, the Caribbean Islands, and in 49 additional countries. Although most credit is redeemed for lodging in any of the 180 land-based resorts managed or regulated by the company, members can exchange their Royal Holiday credits for alternative hotel inns and cruise travel through alliances with exchange fulfillment companies including Resort Condominiums International (RCI).

After reviewing Royal Holiday practices in 2009, the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean raised the "F" Royal Holiday rating for reliability and service to "B." In 2010, this ranking was raised to "A- and in 2011 to A." According to the Better Business Bureau website, as of October 2013, there were 299 complaints about Royal Holiday in the last three years.
In 2008, Royal Holiday became subject to ABC 20/20 investigation, raising complaints regarding the practice of membership sales and contract structure. In 2007, Procuraduria Federal del Consumidor, a consumer protection agency in Mexico, received a complaint from 761 Royal Holiday members of 65,000 members, who sought to cancel their contract with the company, citing misrepresentation of offers during the sales process. According to the article, "Royal Holidays are now required by law to disclose a five-day cancellation plan, and they say they have changed their contracts accordingly."
