Charge
"Sweet" (ie, not sour or savory) pimiento peppers is a familiar red stuffing found in Spanish prepared green olives. Initially, the pimiento is cut into pieces into small pieces, then put into each olive to balance the strong saltiness of the olives. Despite the combination's popularity, this production method is very expensive and time-consuming. In the industrial era, cut pimiento is shot by a hydraulic pump to one end of each olive, simultaneously inserting a pimiento in the middle while issuing a hole out the other end.
Recently, for ease of production, pimientos are often purà © à © ed then molded into small strips, with the help of natural gum (such as sodium alginate or guar gum). This allows the olive application to be mechanized, speeding up the process and lowering production costs.
