Plot

George applied for an interview with Kruger Industrial Smoothing and got a job, but saw Kruger's picture and his family on the beach with George who was not so balmy in the background of Kruger's office.

Then George told Kramer and Jerry at Monk's Cafà ©  © about the "boombox incident" that occurred in the summer of 1989: George was on the beach and a family sat next to him. After returning from swimming in the waves, George finds all his belongings missing. After yelling at the children, he gets very angry, he throws their boom box into the ocean. Moments later, he finds his things in the water and realizes that the tide, not the children, has brought them out. The father (Kruger) asks George to pay the boombox, so George avoids him by giving him a fake address.

Now, George is worried he'll be fired once the Kruger recognizes him from the picture. Kramer advised to slip the picture and make George's image drift. George took the idea and left. Meanwhile, Kramer is upset at "defective meat, bad meat" in the sandwiches he eats, stating that he "has not had a decent sandwich in 13 years." He solved his problem by getting a meat slicer.

Elaine could not sleep because her neighbor forgot to turn off the alarm clock before leaving for Paris. Kramer tells him that the same thing happened to his friend, Lomez, so he (Lomez) blew his neighbor's circuit. He and Elaine then set out to do just that. Meanwhile, Jerry starts dating a doctor, Sara Sitarides (Marcia Cross).

The next day, George goes to take pictures, but knowing Kruger has come out of the air instead of him (due to Kruger's baldness, the officer thinks he is George, because George in the picture still has hair.) He also shows this to George, annoying him further). Elaine realizes that her neighbor's cat (who meows worse than the alarm clock) now can not eat because turning off the power also turns off the automatic feeder. Jerry says Elaine is dating Dr. Sitarides did not go well because she kept making her feel like "if I do not save my life, I'm worthless." Elaine later revealed that Sitarides was a dermatologist and Jerry was annoyed at this, did not consider a dermatologist to be a "lifesaver", and noted that their advice to the patient was simply "put some Aloe on it." George convinces him to go to the "date of revenge" to tell him.

Elaine and Kramer return to Elaine's apartment with a meat slicer and feed the cat under the door. Elaine borrowed Kramer's slicer, but used it to slice off other items, including a pair of heels that were uneven. He finally gets a piece of his heels stuck in it. Jerry's date of retaliation did not go well when the former Sitarides patient showed up and thanked him for saving his life. The reason: he has skin cancer. George returns to Foto Hut, and finds himself running out of water, and only a picture of Kruger returns. She then realizes that she should get a photo of her superior without her shirt (because she is in the picture) to return it on.

When Elaine stopped by to pick up the pliers to lift the heel from Kramer's slicer, she gave a useful tip on how Sitarides went to the office checking people for skin cancer (that's how they met). George then realizes what he should do is set up screening at Kruger and he can get his picture (after Jerry apologizes to Sitarides). Kramer goes to Elaine to get his slicer. He managed to get the heel just in time, but throw the knife in the process. While trying to get back to Elaine's apartment, she accidentally pulls the doorknob, trapping her inside.

Jerry started getting an allergic reaction. Kramer thinks that Sitarides gave it to him when he came down to apologize to her. He decides to go to Kruger - where Sitarides carries out a cancer screening - and asks him. Kramer came to take his sword. Jerry insulted Sitarides and caused him to leave. When Kruger came for his examination, Kramer (with his white butcher coat) took the place of the Sitarides as a doctor (Dr. Van Nostrand). Kramer then checks Kruger for a mole ("that ugly spotted cousin," as Kramer says). He takes a picture of Kruger for George, but finds a mole on Kruger's right shoulder.

George made his picture repaired and Kramer started getting into dermatology. Flipping through one of Kramer's medical books, Jerry found a section about his condition and learned that the itching came from an allergic reaction to Benzene, commonly used as a metal cleanser. Kramer had used Jerry's hand towel with a metal cleaner to clean his cutter knife, and gave him a strike. George went back to work and suggested that Kruger go see another dermatologist about his mole, but found Kruger did not worry about him. Since the mole is seen in the picture (which he thought was taken in 1989), he thinks it has not grown. Kruger then reveals to George about that day when he and his children picked up the "pear-shaped loser" and threw it all into the sea. Finally learning the truth, George is angry and tells him that the pear-shaped loser is himself and that he is trying hard to get rid of himself from the Kruger family photos; Kruger replied, "Well, I will - you lose a lot of hair." George replied, "That's what they tell me!"

At the end of the episode, Kramer, George, and Jerry camped outside Elaine's apartment, feeding her under the door until the locksmith arrived to fix the knob that Kramer had broken earlier. Jerry saw another dermatologist who gave him Aloe's prescription to treat itching and George was finally not fired because Kruger "did not care."
