sand cleaner , beach cleaner , or (colloquially) sandboni is a vehicle that drags a rake or sifting device on the sand to dispose of garbage and other foreign objects. They are self-pulled vehicles manually on a track or wheel or pulled by a quad bike or tractor. Coastal towns use beach cleaning machines to address the waste issues left by coastal customers and other pollutants swept on their shores. The main task in coastal cleaning strategies is to find the best way to deal with waste on the coast, taking into account coastal erosion and terrain changes. The beach cleaning machine works by collecting sand by scooping or dragging mechanisms and then sweeping or sorting anything large enough to be considered a foreign object, including sticks, stones, trash and other items. Similar applications include beach lakes, sand fields for beach volleyball and kindergartens and a playground. The word "sandboni" is a rear formation that refers to the Zamboni ice sheet machine.

General technology

Raking technology can be used on dry or wet sand. When using this method, a rotating conveyor belt that contains hundreds of tines combs the sand and removes the surface and buries the debris while leaving sand on the beach. The rake machine can remove materials ranging from small pebbles, broken glass, and cigarette butts to larger pieces, such as seaweed and driftwood. By keeping the sand on the beach and just lifting the debris, the rake machine can travel at high speed.

Sifting technology is done on dry and soft sand surfaces. Sand and waste are collected through the vehicle's blade pick-up to the vibrating filtering belt, which leaves the sand behind. Trash is collected in the collecting bin which is often located behind the vehicle. As the sand and wastes lift up into the filtering belt, the sieve must allow time for the sand to filter the screen and return to the shore. The size of the removed material is governed by the size of the hole in the installed screen.

The combined scavenging and sifting technology is different from pure sifters because it uses spinning tines to scoop sand and flake onto a vibrating screen instead of just relying on a pickup knife. The tines' position can be adjusted to more effectively guide different sized materials onto the screen. Once on screen, sieving and sieving machines combined use the same technology as regular sieves to remove unwanted debris from the sand.

Sorting sand by hand is used for smaller areas or sensitive habitats. Sand and debris are collected into rolls or piles and manually shoveled into a filtering tray filtered to separate debris from the sand. While effective, it requires sand movement to the tray site, and then redistribution of sand after sorting. A more efficient method is the use of filtered forks in the place where the debris is located. Attempts to manually stir sand can be exhausting; however, the latest development of battery-powered sand ripping combines the spot cleaning effectiveness of manual filtering with the ease of automatic filtering tools.

Operation area

Sand cleaning machines are used worldwide for the safety and happiness of beachgoers. By removing waste, unwanted seaweed, and other trash from beaches, towns and resorts can sustain their beaches with fewer hours of investment.

In addition to regular garbage use, beach and sand cleaners have been used for cleaning after natural disasters. As an example:

In Galveston, Texas, low oxygen levels in the water produce thousands of dead fish stranded on shore. Cleaning the rotting sand is then used to remove rotting fish on the beach before they release excessive toxins into the air, sand, and water.

The 2008 Olympic Games sees the first Sandbonis remote control for the beach volleyball court at Beijing Chaoyang Park.

Cleanup after the Horizon Deepwater oil spill sees large sand cleaner applications into the area. Similarly, Rena oil spill in New Zealand also sees coastal cleansers deployed in an effort to eliminate impacted sand.

Manufacturer

The major producers of large beach sand cleaning machines are considered D'Hooghe machines, ingenierÃÆ'a Flozaga Guterh Sl, H Barber & amp; Sons, Cherrington, Beach Tech, PFG Srl, Scam Srl, Rockland, Qingzhou Rio and Tirrenia Srl.

There are many other sand cleaning manufacturers that are used for other purposes. For example, smaller 4-wheel sand and halftrack washers are used for sandpit in kindergartens and city play fields and for beach volleyball. When cleaning the environment or place requires hand surgery, automatic rake, light, filtered scratch can be the best choice
